This offer is open to current tenants of Willowdale only.
If you find a new tenant for a listed vacant lot Imagin Illyar will pay you 20% of the purchase price of that lot. Please do not represent yourself as an agent of Willowdale, you do not have to be there to complete the sale. As long as the new tenant tells me in our first meeting that you referred them I will pay you for the referral.
